News for your ecommerce

Doing our bit to offset CO2 emissions

Sustainable actions and policies are becoming increasingly important for many brands. Therefore, from now on merchants who have activated Reveni will be able to offer their customers if they want to donate €1/£1 to compensate for the CO2 emissions produced by actions related to the ecommerce sector.

We boost your product recommendations

When your customers want to make an exchange for another product, Reveni can recommend different options to make their purchase much easier.

You can do this in two ways:

  • Through a manual recommendation. In other words, you will be the one who chooses which products you want to recommend. This will be extremely useful for those times when you want to highlight a collection or when you want to liquidate stock.
  • Through automatic recommendations. These recommendations will make your life easier because once configured, our own system will establish the most profitable recommendations so that you don't have to take care of anything.

This way we help you increase your sales and streamline your processes.

What's new in your returns process with Reveni

We have given a new look & feel to our returns process, adapting it to the new brand identity and improving its usability.

With this, we want to continue to make the returns process even easier for your customers through a simple, intuitive and transparent flow of screens, so that all the information the customer needs when making a return or exchange is available at a glance.

The last few weeks may seem quiet, but it's only the beginning of what's to come ;)
