From a point to a line

From instant refunds to a global commerce platform that covers the whole customer journey. Reveni is no longer a point. It's the line.

For years, returns were treated as the end point. The customer left, the brand lost the money and, often, the customer too. Almost the entire industry took it as an unavoidable cost. We never saw it that way.

It all started with one obsession: reverse logistics. Returns were badly handled, with slow and expensive processes that frustrated everyone. That idea became the first piece of Reveni: instant refunds.

An instant refund only works if you know who to approve without taking a blind risk. That is why behind it there is a proprietary graph-based model that evaluates each request in real time.

Customers also cared about exchanging products that did not fit the size they needed, or swapping them for something else. That is when we asked: why not apply the same logic from instant refunds to exchanges?

And it worked. Today a customer gets their money back in 2.5 seconds and receives their new product in far fewer days than a traditional exchange. Returns stopped being a loss and became a lever for repurchase, loyalty and higher average order value. Brands like Nude Project, Flabelus, Victoria Beckham, ME+EM and Jigsaw trusted us almost from the start, with results of up to 35% more repurchase.

But one uncomfortable question remained: if the relationship with the customer does not end at the return, why treat it as the end? It was not. It was just one part of something bigger.

In 2025 we launched Reveni Atlas to automate cross-border logistics, with duties and taxes calculated at checkout, customs handling and end-to-end tracking. What used to be a tangle of intermediaries became control. That same year we closed a 7.5 million euro Series A, bringing our total raised to 17 million, to grow in the UK and Europe.

Almost without realizing it, we had stopped being a single solution for ecommerce: we went from one product to eight, each one covering a stretch of the customer journey. The full process, from start to finish.

Before buying, AI brings intelligence where there used to be friction: the customer searches in natural language, tries on clothes with a photo and gets the right size on the first try, so they buy better and return less.

At the moment of purchase, where everything is decided, the checkout comes in. Atlas solves cross-border complexity, with duties, taxes and customs calculated instantly and no surprises on arrival, so the customer sees the final price before paying. Logistics handles picking, packing and shipping with the best rates and no one-to-one contracts. Tracking keeps the customer informed at every step, with the brand's identity. And Protect removes the risk that holds the purchase back: if something can go wrong with the shipment, it is already covered.

After buying, Instant Solutions makes requesting an exchange or a refund stop being a point of friction between the brand and the customer, with refunds and exchanges in seconds and the risk taken on by Reveni, not the brand. And Global Returns handles the full return, domestic and international, and turns it into an advantage: more revenue retained and lower cost on each one.

Today Reveni is a global commerce platform that brings sales, logistics and returns together in one place, covering the entire journey, from the first visit to the full handling of the return. And when that journey works, repurchase comes on its own.

We have been repeating one idea for a while: connect the dots. Cover the brand's whole process. And we were right, except for one detail. Our own brand was still a point, the returns one, while Reveni had already become something much bigger.

As the product grew, the company grew with it. And now the brand reflects that too.

We used to be a point, a single solution done well. Today we are the line that connects the whole customer journey into one experience. It does not stop at checkout. It does not break at delivery. It does not end at the return. It goes on.

Reveni. The line goes on.
